Whether your event involves a formal board meeting, a lecture hall setting, drinks and dancing, or corporate teambuilding Ooch Downtown is the place for you!

Our Toronto facility can accommodate up to 140 guests and has a rooftop patio overlooking the city as well as an indoor climbing wall.

Parking is available close by and the TTC is steps away.

Spaces for rent

Event space

The main event space is a 4,200 square foot space with A/V system and fully equipped kitchen that comfortably accommodates up to 100 people. Tables, chairs, four 42” wall-mounted flat-screen TVs and room dividers are available.

Boardroom

The Ooch Downtown boardroom is a 330 square foot space that accommodates up to 28 people. The space includes A/V system, a teleconference phone and a white board. Breakout spaces are also available.

Sports court

This flexible 1260 square foot space is perfect for sports, team-building activities, pottery and crafts. It also functions well as an additional meeting/breakout space that can accommodate up to 40 people.

Rock wall

Our two-story indoor rock-climbing tower and bouldering area can add another level to your day. We provide the equipment and facilitators, and you bring your sense of adventure. *Subject to staffing availability.

Rooftop patio

This 3,500 square foot outdoor area offers spectacular views of downtown Toronto for up to 60 people. It is equipped with a small gazebo, and can include seating.

What is the space capacity?

Maximum of 140 people. Specific room capacities are depend on furniture set-up.

Do you have AV equipment?

Yes, we have a projector and screen, multiple TV screens, speakers, a microphone and a laptop.

Do you have tables & chairs?

We have twelve 6′ tables and 75 chairs available for use throughout the building. The boardroom is typically set for 20 people around boardroom table.

Do we have access to a kitchen?

Yes. The kitchen includes two ovens, two microwaves, a stove and a dishwasher in the Main Space. Dishware not provided*

Can I bring my own caterer/food?

Yes, you can. We can also suggest caterers that we use as well. *Please note that this facility is a nut-free environment.

Can I serve alcohol?

Yes. Events with alcohol consumption require a Special Occasion Permit, smart serve certified servers, and a security guard. Please speak with us about our preferred security vendors.
